Happy with this builder/company. He cares about his clients, their homes and explaining the process. We are really happy with our build and would hire this company again if we were to build again. Very honest and communication is excellent.

They guided me through the tough decision to raze my family's home of over 50 years and helped me select the perfect replacement. I think Eugene's experience growing up in the building business with his father helped him to understand my angst on a personal level. While I'm sure my project was not the largest or most elegant that Suncoast has completed, I have felt supported and valued in the process every step of the way the communication among all parties has been excellent! All of the employees that I have met as I monitored the construction have been competent, friendly and caring. Everyone takes great pride in their work.
